SUMMARY
 
The qualified individual primary responsibility will be reviewing vendor estimates, obtaining multiple quotes and placing purchase orders, following up and approving vendor billings. completing administrative documentation on time, and cultivating customer satisfaction with the client, all in alignment with Framaco’s Mission, Vision, and Values.

 
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Selection of Suppliers/Vendors support
  • Cost reduction opportunities by obtaining several quotes for requested purchases and/review pricing on a periodic basis with the goal of improving the collective performance of purchasing function
  • Selection most competitive quote and and administration of Purchase Orders
  • Coordination of Purchase Order execution with our Procurement Engineer(s) , Logistics and accounting departments. , Communicate with Vendors and job sites.
  • Follow and ensure compliance with the Company procurement and contract administration procedures at all times
  • Review Vendor Acks and order Tracking ; Approval of vendor billings
  • Establish improvement processes ion the department to add value to internal practices
 
QUALIFICATIONS
 
  • Bachelor Degree
  • US Citizen
  • Secret Clearance possession is highly advantageous
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar position in procurement (construction building industry experience desirable)
  • Proficiency in all MS Office applications.
  • Negotiation skills essential
  • Data entry, keyboarding, general office skills
  • Proficiency of Intuit QuickBooks Pro or QuickBooks Enterprise program is a Must
  • Excellent English Language Skills, spoken & written.
